NEW SPRING/SUMMER BLOCK BOOKINGS IS OPEN
Our new class blocks started Monday 28th April. There are a few places left in a variety of classes - use the filter to find those last remaining places or call Reception who will help you find a place in a class to suit you. Our summer block classes will go on sale Monday 9th June for priority bookings and Tuesday 10th June on general release. The summer block will start on 23rd June and run to 10th August.
These weekly group Pilates classes are run in progressive blocks and taken by, or overseen by, our highly skilled physiotherapists.
All new clients must book in for an Initial Pilates Session with one of our Physiotherapists. This will not only ensure you get the most out of your class, but also ensure your safety and the safety of your classmates. We offer Initial Clinical Pilates sessions (1hr) or Express Initial Pilates sessions (30min) for those with previous pilates experience or a limited medical history. Click here to book
If you are interested in more individualised sessions for a specific condition/injury or sports performance then you can book an Initial Pilates continue 1:1 or 1:2 sessions. Click here to book
